On tho motion of Mr. .T. W. Macdonald, solicitor to tho Public Trust Office, the Supreme Court yesterday granted to tho Public Trustee probato of tho wills of the undermentioned persons Alexander Samuel Winton, late of Gurutown, clerk.

Lucy Allen Anderson, late of Ballarat, Victoria, formerly of Wairarapa, widow. Eleanor France, late of Nelson, widow. ' Edgar Adolphus Squire, lato of Linwood, Christchurch, builder. . Emma Lyons Blackmore, lato of Greymouth, widow. Mary- Harrigan. formerly of Dannevirke, married woman.

Susan Torcler, Ngaio, widow. Mary Frentz, late of Orejjuki, married woman.

Orders to administer were also granted to the Public Trustee in respect of the estates in the followingAndrew Patton, late of Christchurch, labourer.

Mary Denison, late of Auckland, married woman.

Jeremiah Lawrence Bourke, late of Waiotemarama, settlor. An order to sell was also made in respect of. the real estate of J. E. Davies, late of Hamilton, settler, deceased, of whose estate the Public Trustee is administrator.
