All the principal mails by train and steamer close at To Aro and Courtenay Place Post Offices at the same hours as at tho Chief Post Offlcc, with the exception that there is no late-fee clearance All books and sample packets and newspapers for places within tho Dominion must be posted half an hour before the ordinary letter-mail closes.
