APPEAL TO THE PRESS. By TelcEitiph—Press Association—Oopyriehl New York, Juno 25. The American Academy of Medicine, in Congress at Los Angeles, debated the influence of newspapers in the spreading of suicide, as a result of publishing such occurrences. The Congress appealed to all newspapers to refrain from publishing cases of suicide, in consequence of the effect on weak minds.
