FATAL COLLISION.
CHARGE OF CULPABLE NEGLIGENCE. (By Telegraph.—Press Association.) Invcrcargill, June 20. At the Magistrate's Court to-day Eniest William Challis was charged with culpable negligence, resulting in the death of Wm. Arthur Mitchell. Tho case aroBS out of the death of Mitchell, who, whilo cycling on the North Road at night, was killed as a result of a collision with a taxi-cab driven by Challis. Accused reserved his defence, and was committed for trial.
