I A proposal to hold an aviation carnival < in Auckland next January is being con- l sidcrod by tho Aero Club of New Zealand. 1 Tho club lias boon in communication •with several of the leading Aero Ch\bs in dilTorcnt parts of tho world, with a. view to inducing certificated aviators to com- ' peto at tho proposed carnival. It is i staled that by next January some New Zealand aviators will have returned from England, where they are at present qualifying for pilot certificates. Already . several prominent citizens have expressed ' their willingness to contribute to the ' prize fund. J
