The German newspapers express delight at the Imperial Conference's approval of the Declaration of London. Admiral Lord Charles B.eresford is arranging for a meeting of British Admirals after the Coronation to consider the Declaration. Many questions have been tabled in the House of Commons on the Navy Prize Bill, which embodies tho principles contained in the Declaration.
