SWISS SCHEME INTRODUCED. By Telceraph—Press AEsoclatiov-Copyrlcbt Berne, Juno 15. A Compulsory Insurance and Sickness Accident Bill has been passed by both Houses of Parliament. For eleven years efforts havo been mado to induce Parliament to adopt some such scheme.
