SEVERE EARTHQUAKE.

The seismograph at the Observatory recorded a severe earthquake early this morning, the waves lasting from 12.37 a.m. to 1.53 a.m. It is considered that the disturbance was a great distance, from Australia. (Kec. June 16, 11.20 a.m.) Madrid, Juno 16. The seismographs have registered an earthquake of great severity, lasting an hour. PANIC AT WINDSOR. . » , KING'S HOUSES KUN AMUCK. After the King and Queen had passed through the Long Walk, at Windsor, on returning from the Ascot race meeting, two spare horses, under the charge,, of the Eoyal groom, dashed in among a crowd of somo thousands of spectators lining the walk, 'who were thrown into a state of panic. The groom was thrown, and one horse bolted into Windsor. Eight persons were injured.
