AN ARMISTICE OFFERED. By Tcleeraph—Press Associatioo-Oopyriehl (Rec. June 15, 9.15 p.m.) Constantinople, June 15. The Sultan has granted ten days' armistice to tho Albanian insurgents to surrender their arms. If they comply they will secure immunity from judicial proceedings. The Sultan lias also granted .£IOO,OOO towards the reconstruction of the homes destroyed by the military operations.
