Ltd., on account of the executors of the late Mr. 6. 0. Wheeler.
The sheen offered will comprise 825 purebred and / pedigree Romney Marsh ewes and )fl stud " Romney 3farsli ramf. There will also be offered, the whole of the Burford herd of Hereford cattle, comnrisin.tr £8 lie.id/ including the imported bull "Fromo Binscr" and the two imported cows "Coronis Oth" and "Daisy Stli."
As the Burford Romney flock'and Hereford herd have now boen established for n. number of years, and have always been successful at the stud and in the showring, this affords an excellent opportunity to breeders to introduce fresh blood into their studs.
The Wairoa County A. and P. Society's election of officers takes place on .Tune 30 (says the Napier "Telegraph"). Tliero are nearly fifty nominations for the 21 vacancies. The number of aspirants for a place on the committee and the large amount of trophies and donations already given go to show that tho society is ill a healthy stale.
