Winiata, who scored in the Hunt Club Cup at. Ellerslie, lias an engagement in the Hawke's Bay Steeples, and is well fancied by those who witnessed his running at Ellerslie. Several performers pver country, such as Kiaterp, ■ Audax, Lovell, and Pilot, all graduated in the hunters' class. '
