London, June 9. George Douglas Hay, a cyclist, has confessed to tho shooting of a motor-cyclist named Saul Splitters on tho main road near St. Allans. Splitters's story is (hat a cyclist overtook him, demanded money, and fired five shots from a revolver, by which ho was severely wounded. Hay was brought before the Court at Barnet and remanded.
