Y.M.C.A. BOYS' DEPARTMENT

At the last weekly meeting of tho Y.M.C.A. Bovs' Department, there were nearly lil) present to listen to Mrs. Atkinson. who gave an address on "Citizens' Rights and Duties." In a rather picturesque manner Mrs. Atkinson showed that the city belonged to the boys themselves, and proceeded to point out how they should take a pride in everything connected with it, and do their utmost to have their city a model one. The rooms have been well attended lately, and, on Saturday nights especially, the bullet and shooting range have been well patronised. An event is in store to-day (Fridav), when Mr. Sedgwick, nf "Sedgwick Boy" fame, is to give a lantern lecture.
