All book 3 and sample-packets and newspapers for places within the Dominion must be posted half an hour before the ordinary letter-mail closes.
Unless otherwise specified, registered tetters and parcels-post packages must bo handed in and money-orders obtained one hour before the ordinary mail closcs.
