Ono pint of stock, J pint of '"'lk, dosen oysters, loz. flour, loz. bxiltcr. 1 ° 2 tnblespoonfuls o£ cream, salt, coiallino pepper, mace, if liked, bcald the ■ in their own liquor, and beard .™ in - Cut them in half, boil the beards in the stock for five minutes, str<im, W" re " turn to the saucepan. Add the milk, mix tne flour and butter to a smooth paste, and stir into the soup. Brinft to the boil, boil for five minutes, stirring all tne time. Remove from the fire, add tlje cream, seasonsing, and oysters. FOR TO-MORROW. Stock, 21 b. fillet of steak, - vegetable marrow, raspberry jam. FOR SUNDAY. Leg of Mutton. Veal Forcemeat. Cabbage. Carrots. Suet. Rasins. Mixed Spice. FOR SUPPER. Two rabbits, pastry, ham, 'salad, oranges.
