The figures are sent to the Department of Agriculture, where the above set of figures was compiled. The table does not contain the figures relating to the butter held by private firms. The head of a Wellington butter business says that at least another 15,000 boxes are in ccol. stores, which would bring the.-.total up to-about 47,500 boxes. On that point the Department of.
