NOTICE is hereby given that at a Special Meeting of the Miramar Borough Council, held at the Council Chambers, .King's Chambers, Willis Street, in the City of Wellington, on the 9th day of May, 1911, it' was resolved:— That in pursuance of the powers vested in it by "T.he Municipal Corporations Act, 1905," to diminish ' the width of streets to not less than 66 feet, the Council hereby, by Special' Order, resolves to diminish the width of King's Road, within tho Miramar Borough, by taking from it the strip or piece of land coloured green on Plan Number 104, deposited in the Office of tho Miramar Borough Council, at < King's Chambers, Wellington, which Plan has been signed by his Worship tho Mayor for the purpose of identification.
