RIFLE SHOOTING.
POXGAEOA EIFLE CLUB. The last competition of the season was held at the.' Pongaroa Club's mounds last Wednesday. Eight members were present, and were favoured by a very good day, although the wind at times was choppy. Rillemen Boardman and Robinson fired off for first place, tho result being: Boardman, 551; Eobinson, 425. Scores:— 200 500 yds. yds. H'p. n. T. IT. Boardman 30 32 — G2 11. E. Eobinson 28 28 G 02 P.
