COMMITTEE OF INQUIRY APPOINTED. The Home Secretary has appointed a Committee to inquire hi to. the petition of tho House of Keys of February 27, 1907, and into the representations made to his Majesty's Government respecting the Constitution of the Isle of Man, and the civil, judicial, and financial administration of the island, and to report whether any, and, if so, what, alterations are desirable and practicable. The members of the committee are as follow:— Lord MacDonncll, 0.C.5.1., K.C.V.O. (chairman); Earl of Lytton; Mr. AV. liylantl Adkins, M.P.; .Mr. W. P. Byrne, G. 8., Assistant Under Secretary of .State, Homo Office; Hon. Noil Primrose, MP ; and Mr. E. V. AVilkins, of the Treasury.
