Monis, who was severely injured in yesterday's aviation disaster at Issy, is considered satisfactory. SIMILAR ACCIDENTS RECALLED. London, May 22. Referring to tho disaster at the aviation meeting at Issy, the "Daily Mail" and tho "Daily Telegraph" recall the death of Mr. W. Iluskisson, a British exMinister, at the opening of tho Manches-' tor-Liverpool Railway in 1830, and also tho fact that six deaths occurred during tho Paris-Madrid motor race on May 2t, 1903. AUSTRALIAN CONDOLENCES. London, May 22. v JIr. Fisher, tho Australian Prime Minister, has telegraphed lo M. Monis his profound sorrow at General Bcrteaux's death, and condolences with tho relatives, He hopes for M. Monis's speedy recovery. A REASSURING REPORT. (Rec. May 23, 11.1.5 p.m.) • Paris, May 23. The condition of M. Monis is reassuring. Ho is still unaware of the death of General Berteaux.
