Arnst lias received a cable message from Sullivan statiug that Arust's terms to row Barry, the English champion, are acoeptable, provided that the race is rowed in December. Sullivan is asking that the Fogwell. Barry match be cancelled, but'this is unlikely. Arnst states that if he defeats Pearco and Barry beats Fogwell, then he will go straight to England. Harry Floyd and Jack Arust are accompanying Fogwoll. Barry is allowing Fogwell only J250 for espouses.-'
