There wa? another heavy yarding of fat sheep, including some linos of prime wethers, but the bulk of the entry consisted of ewes. Tor all prime and medium quality sheep there was a pood demand, prime sorts being firmer, but aged and inferior ewes dragged n good deal towards the end of tho sale, and the range of prices was:—Prime wethers, 17s. to 215.; lighter, !2s. to 16s. 6d.; prime ewes, 14s. to 17s. 7d.; medium. 11s. to 13s. 6d.; aged and light, ss. lid. to lCs. 6d.
