FIGHTING IN ALBANIA.
By Telegraph-Pr,ess Association-Copyrlelit Cetinje, May 15. Despite a proclamation calling on the Albanians to submit to the Turkish authorities before Monday next, the Turkish Commander-in-Chief attacked the Albanians nt Kashtrati and Hoti, inflicting heavy losses.
The Albanians accuse the Turks of treachery.
BULGARIAN OFFICER KILLED.
Sofia, May 15. Turkish soldiers on the Bulgarian frontier killed a Bulgarian captain named' Gheorgkieff.
