S. .Patterson's estate, convened by requisition, was held this afternoon, and was largely allcnded. The District Official Assignee submitted a full report of proceedings taken in regard to the estate, vu connection with which there had been a considerable amount of litigation. Ho also replied to a number of questions. The. meeting rcsol./d. on the .motion of Mr. E. L. Patters.ni (Xariier), that the moneys in hand l:o distributer! amongst ttp creditors forthwith, ami (hat Iho moneys already received from Mrs. Patterson be considered full payment in regard to (he whole estate sold to her, in consideration of her waiving certain claims against the District Official Assignee that Ihe writ issued against her by the District Official Assignee bo withdrawn. The meeting recommended immediate disckarue.
