TO-DAY'S DINNER.
(Specially written for Tue Dominion.) TUESDAY. Corned beef. Suet dumplings. Potatoes. Carrots. Turnips. Steamed bread aud butter pudding. BEEAD AND BUTTER TUDDING. Slices of stale bread, buttered, raisins, candied pool, saltanas, sugar to taste, three-quarter pint of milk, 2 eggs. Butter a pudding basin, ornament it with raisins and candied peel, fill it with slices of bread and butter; between the slices put sultanas; boat the eggs, add the milk (cold) and sugar, pour it in gradually, and let it quite cover the bread and butler; let it stand at least half an hour before it is cooked; then steam it for one hour. Do not let (he water in which it is cooked boil too fast. FOE TO-MORROW. Neck of mutton. Curry powder. Lemon. Apples. Jam. buet.
