TO-DAY'S DINNER.

(Specially written for The D0211N10S.) . MONDAY. Macaroni and meat pudding. Potatoes. Cabbage. Stewed quinces. Kice-pudding. MACAEONI AND MEAT PUDDING. Three-quarters of a pound of cold meat, 3oz. stale bread, 1 egg, pepper and fait, parsley or a little onion, loz. macaroni, a little stock or milk. Boil tho macaroni in salted water until tender. Butter a plain mould or pudding basin, and hue it with the macaroni, putting it round in a circle. Mince the meat; add tho seasoning and the bread, which must be previously soaked in stock or milk, am the well-beaten eeg; moisten with a little stock or milk, put into the prepared mould, ami steam for two hours. Serve with tomato sauce poured round, not over the pudding. FOR- TO-MORROW. Seven or eight pounds corned beef, silver side of round. Suet. Carrots, lurnips.
