W.F.A. MANAGEMENT COMMITTEE. The weekly meeting of the Management Committee of the Wellington Football Association was hold. last evening, Mr. 11. N. Holmes presiding. Mr. H. Green w;\s elected to the committee, vice Mr. If. Waters, resigned. J. Ilobon, who was reported last week for signing playing-forms for both Iho Wanderers and Swifts Clubs, wns adjudged a member of the former club mitil he receive? a transfer from them. Mr. W. S. Press, referee in the Wand-erers-Hospital senior division match, who ordered two players oft' tho ground for alleged misconduct last Saturday, attended, aud gave . evidence before tho committee. The two players in question also attended, and admitted their offence. Both were cautioned. Much time was taken up in hearing a charge of miscqiiduct against the Rangers fourth division team. Tho club was reprimanded, ami two of its players were suspended for six weeks. An, application was received from the Swifts Club, asking.for permission to play a match against the Collie Club, Palmerston North, on either Juno 3 or 5, according to which day the King's Birthday j is to bo celebrated.—.Granted. '• Mr. V. l<. O'Conncll wrote, advising, (hnt the Karori School was desirous of entoriiiß tennis for the sixth division championship.—Affiliation granted. Tho Manawatii l'oolbnll Association wrote, asking for a.match at Pnlmerston during shoiv week, and suggested that the date be June 21..—Hwns decided to send a loam. Arrangements wore made to hold a "football night" at Wj-sl's Pictures • oiv Tuesday, May 23. An offer of 50 per cent, of the hikings was accepted. Owing to the length of the meeting a considerable amount of correspondence was left over until next Wednesday.
