At the trial at tho Old Bailey of the persons alleged to have been concerned in the Houndsditch robbery and murders, after some evidence for the prosecution had been heard, Mr. Justice Grantham advised the Crowiv to tho charge of being accessories a;'ter the fact preferred against Peters and Dubof, and the girl Ynssileva, the Judge remarking that the Crown must show that an accessory knew that a murder had bean committed, adding that ho was doubtful whether it could be proved that the prisoners had been attempting to escape from justice. Mr. Bodkin, K.C., for tho prosecution, acquiesced. The trial of the four prisoners for conspiracy to enter ihe shop of Mr. Harris, jeweller, is being proceeded with.
