WEIGHTS WIN A LAWSUIT. By Teleeraph—Press Association—ConyriEhi (Rec. Hay 1, 9.55 p.m.) Paris, May 1. An important judgment has beijn delivered in favour of the Wright Brothers, the well-known American aviators, against the principal aeroplane builders, including MM. Bleriot, Farman, and Clement, on the grounds that they are infringing the Wrights' device for regaining lateral stability in aeroplanes. The Court referred the technical effects of the judgment to a Commission of experts.
