NO AMENDING OF VETO BILL.

HOME RULE AND HOUSE OF LORDS REFORM. By Telegraph-Press AEsociation-Copyrieht London, April 30. In a speech at Newcastle, the Right Hon. Herbert Samuel, PostmasterGeneral, said the Government had resalved that the Parliament Bill should be passed unchanged. A One-man-oue-vote Bill and a Homo Rule for Ireland Bill would immediately follow. The Parliament Bill would be used to facilitate a very necessary and complete reform of the House of Lords. The Postmaster-General said ho was quite convinced that the country would not support a Single Chamber Government; public opinion would become so nervous that Conservatism would be greatly strengthened at the elections.
