XONDON BUYEKS HIGHLY PLEASED. Mr. J. C. Cooper, managing director of tho Wellington Farmc-rs' Meat Company, has, received tho following communication from tho London agents of the company. - Messrs. Gilbert Anderson and Co., dated March 24:—"Wo havo much pleasure in reporting further on your shipment of ■meat. The samples per ss. Rotorua, which ire havo distributed to the vari- : ous buyers, have, in every' single instance, given the greatest satisfaction. They are all thoroughly lvcll pleased with tho breed of the stock. . . . Although tho market is completely overstocked, smd all sorts of stock is selling very cheaply, North Island lambs in particular oniy realising very low prices, wo have been able to get buyers to givo lis a prico which is only next to Canterbury's. It . was most unfortunate that your firsf shipment should havo come to such a depressed market, because othenviso the Jesuits would have been exceedingly satisfactory to. you.
