Tho report showed premium income foi the year as £1034 JCs. 7d„ being £230 In. Bd. less than for tho previous year. This, it was stated, was duo to Ihe reduction of the rate of premiums. The insurance liability amounted to £212,424—an incrcaso of £22,824. Tho policies numbered 601,' tho scuneral average heinjr about £265 ::e ajrainst £262 for tiio previous year. The flro losses tor tho year were £164 16?. 6n\, and tho cash reserve £3063 6s. 5a., beinc: £610 3s. 3d. in advance of tho tota(; for tho previous year. Tho total increasoin assets was £1336 12s. 3d.
