The Japaneso steamer Inaba Maru brings news that Mongol rebels, incited, it is believed, by Russians, burned twenty-six Chineso villages on the Manchuria frontier. The leader was captured. Tho Chineso troops wore afterward ambushed, and 100 Chineso killed. There are anti-dynastic rebellions in the Shansi and Hunan provinces. .VICEROY'S YAMEN BURNED, v (Rec. April 28, 11.30 p.m.) Pelting, April 28. Rioters at Canton burned the Viceroy's Yamcn. Some fatalities arc reported.
