THE "50CCER" GAME. MANAGEMENT COMMITTEE. The weekly mealing of the .Management Committee was held last evening, Mr. J. J. Hubert? presiding. The Town Clerk cf Miramar advised that Seatoun Park had again been allotted to the association lor the season.— Received. The secretary of the Y.M.C.A. Club wrote that the"referee appointed for the l'etone-Y.M.C.A. third division match had failed to appear. Referred to Referees' Association for report. The Ramblers Club advised that they could only enter one team, and regretted that they were unable to enter any teams for the boys' divisions.—Received. Permission w?s given to the following teams to be withdrawn:—Diamonds* fittli division and Institute Sixth B. It was decided that a ball should be presented to Hie Maranni School, as most of the boys at that school played Association football. Mr. H. L. Godlwr wrote accepting office as one of the First Division Selection Committee. Tho l'etone Club wrote stating' that no ground was at present available on Hutt Park Reserve. _ ■ An application from the Y.M.C.A. Club for the t'-ansfer of a player from the Fourth A to B team was granted, subject to the approval of the Boys' Subcommittee. J. Hoban, who played for the Swifts Club first division team _ last Saturday, v.as reported for having signed lorms for both the Wanderers and Swifts Clubs. It was decided that ho be r.ot allowed to play until ho appears before the Jlanagement Committee, and explains his action. The secretary of the Swifts Club is also to attend.' A report from tho sub-committee set up to deal with tho question of finance was received, and adopted. The recommendations made include the arrangement for a "football liighl" at "West's-Pictures, the issue of hon; members' tickets, andan entrance feo of 7s. Gd. for fourth division teams. * A letter was received from the captain of tlie Newtown Congregational fourth division team strongly complaining of the conduct of the Miramar Rangers Kgainst his team last Saturday at Miramar. -Members of the. committee were evidently of the opinion that tho kind of conduct mentioned must be put down, and the whole "proceeding was described as "most disgraceful." It was eventually decided that the referee, the whole of tho Miramar Rangers- team, ils president, tho captain, and members of the Newtown Congregational team be' asked to appear at the" next meeting of the committee.
