The loan mentioned in the cable from London is for railway works. (Ecc. April 23, 5.5 p.m.) London, April 22. The Queensland loan prospectus has. been issued. Six months interest is payable for the period up till July 1. Stock is redeemable after I'J.iO, but.may be continued until 1970. The "Daily Mail" comments on tho length of tho term and states that the existing loans yield more owing to earlier redemptions.
