MR. CHURCHILL'S BILL. By Telegraph—l'i;ess Association—Copyrieht London, April 20. Sir George Woodman (chairman of the Aliens' Board) says that while Mr. Churchill's new Aliens Bill is an improvement on the old one, he considers that, in view of the poverty and misery in England, aliens should not bo admitted at all. He objects to wretched aliens doing tho work that Englishmen ought to have.
