• 1 AUSTRALIAN SQUADRON LEADS.-. By TolcirraDh-Press Association-Oopytielit' London, April 10. The results of the gun practice (under, battle, conditions) of the British Navy havo been issued. They show that the Australian Squadron secured pride of place. The results are:— i 1. Australian Squadron, average 212.5 points. 2. Third Division of the Home Fleet, average 192} points. 3. China. Squadron, average 185 points. Of individual ships, the highest scores were made by the following:— Battleship Formidable, on the Atlantic station, 577 points. ~ . Cruiser Minotaur, on the Chinasst- r tion, 430 points. J Cruiser Pyramus, on the Australian' station, 333 points.
