SEPARATION OP STATE AND CHURCH. By Telegraph—Press Association—Oojjyricht (Rec. April 11, 11 p.m.) Lisbon, April 11. Pending the decision as to its course of action when tho details of the Portuguese decree separating State and Church in Portugal are known the Vatican has advised Bishops unreservedly to accept the separation.
