(Rec. April 10, 11.15 p.m.) Valparaiso, April 10. Messrs. Vickers, Sons, and Maxim, ot Barrow, wero the lowest tenderers for (ho two 26,000-ton Dreadnoughts which Chile proposes to build. These vessels are to be armed with 13-inch nuns.
