Adams, exstatistician of the Irish Agricultural Department, Mr. Neville Gladstone, Mr. Frederick Huth Jackson, ex-president of the Institute of Bankers, and Mi\ Plender, and accountant, with Sir Henry Primrose, ex-privato secretary to the Viceroy of Ireland, and a former chairman of the Board of Inland Revenue, as chairman, have been appointed, to consider the financial relations of Ireland and Britain.
