TO-DAY'S DINNER.

(Specially written for The Dominion.)

TUESDAY. Corned Beef. Carrots. Turnips. Potatoes. German dumplings. Stewed fruit. GERMAN DCMH.LXGS. Four ounces breadcrumbs, lcz. flour, 4oz. butter (melted), 1 tables'poonful of hot water, a pinch of salt. Sift the Hour and salt into a basin, and mix tho breadcrumbs with them. Melt the butter, add thc.hof water, and stir to tho other ingredients; shape into balls about the size of a walnut (do this without llourin™ tho hands) and drop them into boiling water; boil gently about 20 minutes, until they begin to sink. Serve with stewed fruit.
