All the British attaches categorically deny dealing with Povagc, ail ex-sailor, who has just been sentenced to twelve years' penal servitude for treason on a charge of supplying a British naval attache, on two occasions, with copies of secret flag codes and secret Russian information relating to tho navies of otlier Towers.
