DISCUSSION IN FRENCH CHAMBER. By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyrieht Paris, April 6. .During tho discussion in tho Chamber of Deputies of the actions of the" British Presbyterian missionaries in the New Hebrides, M. Augagneur, who alleged that the missionaries had set up tribunals and prisons of their own, admitted that they had won the sympathies of the natives ,by their social work. Additional facilities should, ho urged, bo given to . colonists to obtain labour. The French, who outnumbered the British, showed better agricultural results, but the British had better administration.
