LOCKS A BOY IN A RAILWAY CAB

It is reported frjm Philadelphia that every railroad in the United States has boon asked to endeavour to locate a railway car believed to contain a twelve-year-old boy, the son of the Assistant District Attorney, Mr. Rogers, who received a letter from a man he sent to prison stating that for revenge he (the man) had decoyed the boy into a car ami locked him there.
