DAILY TRESS TOO VICIOUS, By Telegraph-Press Association-Oopyriiht Melbourne, April G. The Baptist Congress resolved to start a weekly newspaper from January next with the object of popularising the idea, of Baptist federation. One speaker declared that the spawn of the press was such to-day that they were under an obligation to counteract and overcome its vicious power. Another resolution passed approved the adoption of the South Australian system of aged ministers' relief throughout the Commonwealth and New Zealand.
