YACHTING.

AX EASTER PROGRAMME. The Wellington Cruising Club has concluded arrangements for the proposed race to Tort Underwood at Easter. The yachts will start early on the morning o[ Good Friday, and if the wind is favourable should arrive about midday. The competing yachts are:—Rona. scr.; White Heather, SOmin. northerly, and 30min. southerly wind; Kotiri, Rimin. northerly or southerly wind;' Xgaira, HOmin. northerly, or liimin. southerly wind. There is to be a race home again on Easter Sunday, and' the handicaps for this race will be fixed on arrival at Port Underwood. Arrangements have been made for social functions to 1m held at Takapo Bay, under tho auspices nf the club, and members of which will act with Jir. G. H. Jackson, of the Taniwha, and Mr. and Mrs. Guard, of Takapo Bay, in giving all yachtsmen present, an enjoyable time.
