The Independent Order of liechabites in this city intend to make the visit of Mr. J. Philipson, High Chief Ruler, and Mr. C. W. Churchill, Past High Chief Ruler, of that Order in England, as pleasant as possible. These gentlemen will be entertained at tho Kelburno Tea Kiosk on Saturday by the local district officers and members A united Tent meeting will be. held at 6.30 p.m., after which a procession, headed by the Central Mission Band, will inarch to the Town .Hall, where a civic welcome will be tendered bv his Worship the .Mayor and city cpunciilors. On Sunday (April 9) a church parade will be heldat Petone, and in tho afternoon the Wellington Brotherhood will be addressed by Mr. Churchill in the Druids' Hall, Tarauaki Street. Tho evening service will he held at the Wesleyan Methodist .Church, Taranajsi Street,
