NEW COMMERCIAL ARRANGEMENT.
Bj Telegraph-Press Association-Oopyrieht Tokio, April 4. A new Anglo-Japaiieso commercial treaty, replacing that of twelvo years ago, which expires ou July 17 nest, has been signed.
