The Liverpool Chamber of Commerce has unanimously resolved that tho Australian Navigation Bill is not in conformity with tho resolutions of the Colonial Shipping Conference of 1907. It has urged Mr. Asquith to impress on Mr. Fisher the necessity of amending the Bill.
