DOMAIN DERELICTS BOUNDED UP. By Telegraph—Press Association-Copyright Sydney, April 4. The census collectors had some curious experiences in the various cities while rounding up slum and park dwellers and other derelicts. Each represents twentyfive shillings a head to the .States' revenue, under the new arrangement by which the Commonwealth returns to the States that amount per annum per head of population.
